Product Description

Katyayini Ma representing the 6th night of Navratri.  This series of 9 sculptures was created in honor of the Hindu Holiday of Navratri, the nine night celebration of 9 different incarnations of the goddess Durga.

Night 6 is dedicated to Maa Katyayini who represents the Goddess in her loving daughter form. She is the epitome of love but won’t hesitate to rise up in anger to defend righteousness and dharma. She is Parvati in her fiercest aspect. In her four hands she carries a sword, lotus, and makes the abhaya and varada mudras.
