Product Description

Saraswati is the goddess of knowledge, wisdom, learning, and the arts.  She plays the veena, a classical Indian stringed instrument.  In one hand She holds japa mala beads used for mantra meditation, demonstrating the benefits of meditation for self knowledge and in the opposing hand she holds the vedas, the written holy scriptures of India that documents this truth discovered by the great ancient yogis.

This Saraswati wall hanging welded steel sculpture measures 54 inches tall by 42 inches wide and 13 inches deep.  She has been painted with a chemical patina that reacts with the metal creating an aged look.  She has also been painted with translucent solvent dye.
