This piece was titled “tuning the mind radio” after being inspired by a quote by the great swami Paramahansa Yogananda. It was after reading his book Autobiography of a Yogi in college that tuned me in to eastern spirituality and yoga. Yogananda says “When you worry, there is static coming through your mind radio. God’s song is the song of calmness. Nervousness is the static; calmness is the voice of God speaking to you through the radio of your soul.”
It measures 2 feet 1 inch tall by 1 foot 6 inches wide by 4 inches deep.
